By now, most of you have heard about Spectrum Restaurant, a new restaurant and food truck opening in Lincoln Ne, Queens, in the summer of 2017.
This restaurant, which we recently reported on, is the first in New York City to serve a “spectrum” menu, which is a way of cooking foods with a different, seasonal twist.
Spectrum is an experiment, a little bit of a way to introduce a new food and beverage menu to the city.
But it’s also a step forward for Spectrum, a Brooklyn-based startup, which plans to expand to five more locations in the next three years.
As of today, Spectrum is the only food truck in New England that serves a spectrum menu.
It is also the only restaurant that serves food from a single source (spectrum restaurants do not have a “beverage supplier”).
In order to serve its food to a wider variety of customers, Spectrum will be sourcing its ingredients from independent, organic, and locally-grown ingredients.
Spectrum’s menu will be similar to the menu at a typical restaurant in the U.S., with an emphasis on locally-sourced ingredients and local farm-to-table farming.
Spectrum will offer a menu of about five to 10 items on a rotating basis, depending on the season and the menu.
As a spectrum eater, you’ll be able to choose from a variety of dishes like salads, burgers, sandwiches, fish tacos, and soups.
Each of the menu items comes with its own signature blend of spices, herbs, and vegetables.
Each item will have a seasonal flavor, and each of these items will be accompanied by a dish from the restaurant’s “spectra” menu.
You’ll be the judge of whether or not each item you choose has that specific “spectral” flavor.
Spectrum also hopes to introduce more options for seasonal items, such as veggie burgers, chicken sandwiches, and more.
As the menu evolves, you can expect to see new seasonal items like seasonal shrimp, a seasonal crab, and a seasonal goat.
There are also some seasonal items that are not available at Spectrum restaurants, such a fresh-squeezed orange and fresh-cut pineapple salad.
Spectrum has been serving up its menu in a few locations, but there are some notable differences.
The menu is mostly made up of a handful of ingredients, including seafood, salads, and entrees, along with a few other ingredients that you’ll find in a typical food truck.
There is no pretense to what’s on the menu, just a dedication to serving a diverse array of food that will have you coming back for more.
Spectrum Restaurant will be open to the public for the first time in Lincoln, New York, and is currently accepting reservations for reservations online.
